Shipping, Returns, & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Selah Publications, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at hello@selahpublications.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time (typically 5–7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away at hello@selahpublications.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Shipping and Processing Time

Selah Publications currently ships all orders from our office located in Franklin, TN. Our small shipping team works hard to process your order quickly! Our typical turnaround time is 1-3 business days. In busy seasons, our processing time can vary from 4-7 business days. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends. We appreciate your patience as we continue to grow our small business.

All shipping estimates are calculated at checkout based upon product(s) weight & is dependent on the shipping method selected. Once the package leaves our office, we have no control over the delivery process.

We are currently not shipping outside of the United States.
